Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products
Damage or loss orders incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping
Purchases normally are processed within 5-7 business days after payment has been received and shipping delivery depends on the location via United States Post Office or United Parcel Service (UPS).
